Trainings for farmers in Kutaisi and Telavi
On July 7 and 14, in Kutaisi and Telavi, Georgian Distributors’ Business Association (GDBA) held a training for local farmers. The subject of the training was: "The road from the creation of the product to its realization".
The training was led by the directors of the distribution company: Nukri Vacheishvili, Dimitri Shengelia and Sandro Svanidze. The trainers talked about distribution as an independent field, its levels, financial and marketing partnerships and merchandising. After completion of the training the farmers recieved information booklets and certificates.
The training was conducted in the Food and Agriculture Sector under the small and medium enterprises Support Initiative (FASSI). The project manager was the Georgian Farmers’ Association (GFA) and the donor organization was EU.
