HACCP - a system of hazard analysis and critical control points,
which is mandatory not only for manufacturers, but also for companies that
carry out food storage/distribution.
From June 1, a part of the resolution N173 of the Government of
Georgia entered into force, according to which it became mandatory for business
operators to implement the HACCP standard.
The meeting was held with the support of "Aptos", a
member company of the association.
