From
June 1, the implementation of the hazard analysis and critical control points
(HACCP) system becomes mandatory for all food producers, processors, and
distributors.
The
Association, in support of its member companies, implements a co-financing
program with partner organizations to implement the HACCP system, which will
allow companies to analyze threats and define critical control points with less
financial costs.
Implementation
of the HACCP system is carried out in accordance with the Deep and
Comprehensive Free Trade Area Agreement (DCFTA) with the European Union.
