The claim of Grand Ltd against Carrefour was fully satisfied in the court of first instance.

"Carrefour" was charged by a court decision:

• Payment of the purchase price of the supplied products

• Compensation for damage in the form of unearned income

• Payment of state fee and attorney's service fees.

 In addition to Grand Ltd., the Tbilisi City Court is considering lawsuits by other local manufacturers and distribution companies against "Carrefour“, Which relate to incorrect deduction of funds and invalidity of clauses stipulated in the contract as clauses establishing the terms of the agreement.
