Georgian manufacturer and distribution companies have launched a lawsuitagainst Carrefour.

The subject of the dispute is the solid funds imposed by the “Carrefour”from supplier companies without a legal basis.

In case of Carrefour's consent, the “Georgian Distributors' BusinessAssociation” is ready to make the terms of the contract public, which willallow the society to clearly see the impact of unfair taxes and downtime onproduct prices.

Several more lawsuits will be filed against Carrefour in the near future.
