Georgian Distributors' Business Association participated in workshop organized by CIPE (Center for International Private Enterprise). The workshop lasted for 2 days and was held in Tbilisi, hotel Moxy. The topics of first day were: Association governance, Membership and delivering value, Financial sustainability: Dues, diversifying revenue, finances and more. The topics of the second day: Strategic direction, planning and implementation, Member benefits and services, Communications and branding. 

The workshops were led by Bob Harris, who has 30+ years experience with associations, chambers and other non-profits.
